When you have to cancel your holiday in our appartment, our next regular cancel conditions be in force:

• Cancellation up to 3 Months before arrival: free of charge
• From 3 Months up to 1 Month before arrival: 40% of the booked stay
• From 1 Month up to one week to the day of arrival: 90% of the booked stay
• In one week before arrivel or in case of early departure or no-show: 100% of the booked stay
  Cancellations are only valid in writing.

Should be the situation restricted due of the COVID 19 Pandemie, of course we will relax our conditions again.
